That includes everyone, from front line workers, to senior executives, partners and investors at all levels. She considers her greatest strength to be her ability to manage people and to implement new programs, and offer strong change management experience, including the ability to shake things up in productive ways, in order to move an organization to a higher level.
Karah Pedersen loves working toward solutions to complex problems and has worked in a number of practice areas to seed innovation including leadership development, youth empowerment, digital solutions, and communications. Karah believes she is also very good at building staff capacity through supportive coaching and supervision and making sure that knowledge and discoveries for a project are shared with everyone else who may benefit. Her avoidance of “comfort zones” also extends to her personal life. Karah Pedersen, a self-described "former city girl," earned a master’s degree in public health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and lives in Hillsborough, North Carolina, where she and her husband spend a lot of time gardening and working to develop a small-scale fruit farm.
